Totino Estate Vineyards are situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills of South Australia, in a region calledParacombe. Located approximately 420 metres above sea level, Totino Estate sits on 120 acres of land with 80 acres of vineyards. The climate is cooler, the soils richer, and the subsequent flavours of the grapes grown,are delicate yet complex. The property was a former vineyard, however in 1970’s a Government grant was issued and the vineyards where vacated. In 1999 despite the unkempt state of the Paracombe Estate, the Totino family saw great potential and commenced planting six grape varietals.
